What I need from you:
- A commitment to rethinking how you swim.
- An hour each week to review the written and recorded modules.
- 90 minutes each week for a group coaching call to go over the content, connect with others, and address your questions.
- Three, 30 minute in water sessions each week to train new movement patterns through deliberate practice.
- An openness to explore and deepen your relationship with your body in the water.
