Each package starts with sitting down together to discuss your swimming experiences and your short and long term goals. We will develop a plan to set you up for success. Each coaching session provides an opportunity to practice your skills in the Endless Pool, work on your focus areas, and get immediate feedback. Each workout you receive will be written for you and tailored to your personal goals and opportunity areas.

Learn
For the beginner who is looking to make a commitment to start swimming, learn the basics, or just get some stroke feedback and training tips, this package is for you! We’ll meet in the unintimidating setting of our backyard and spend some time in the water assessing your stroke and discussing your swimming goals. Workouts will be customized to your goals. Package includes:
- Four, 60 minute coaching sessions

- Access to our backyard pool for putting your training tips into practice
Improve
For the swimmer who is ready to make waves of improvement, this package is for you! We will sit down and discuss your immediate swimming goals and set objectives for each of our sessions. Choose to do your video and swimming technique analysis at any time. Workouts will be customized to achieve your goals. Package includes:
- One, video capture and swimming technique analysis session
- Six, 60 minute coaching sessions
- Six workouts tailored to your personal goals
- Access to our backyard pool for practicing your skills

When you are ready to dive deep and make a commitment to swimming, let’s work together! First we will sit down and discuss your short term swimming goals, loftier ambitions, and outline an approach.
