Need some input on your technique? Even just 20 seconds from above the water is enough to point you in the right direction.
Ideal footage includes views from several angles, both above and below the water.
No waterproof camera or GoPro? Use a waterproof case like this or a ziplock bag, for your phone.
For optimum feedback, gather footage from the following angles:
- Underwater
- Swimming directly toward the camera
- From either side
- Above Water
- Have someone stand at the end of a lane and swim towards them from the opposite side of the pool
- Have someone stand in one place and move the camera as you swim the length of the pool.
